 Lt Jackson, Lt West, Martha, and John were working in the corridor
 of deck 12. Akida and West pulled down the upper paneling and
 checked for fused wires, bad Gel packs wit a mood stabilizer, and
 rerouted power through the conduits. They continued to work on the
 main wiring while Martha and John worked on the replicators which
 were generating ensign uniforms and tin cups. The cups would have to
 be recycled and the uniforms could be used at a latter date or
 recycled. Martha and John found that several gel packs had to be
 replaced.

 62
 Lt West and Lt Jackson continued to replace damaged wires and
 gel packs in the conduits. The going was ruff  since there was a
 lot of damage. John and Martha finished up on the replicators and
 cleaned up by piling the tin cups up in a neat pile and neatly
 folding the ensign uniforms for later removal After which they
 headed for lunch.

 64
 Bryan and a group of rangers were riding toward a small town to
 check a lead on someone supplying the Krivaldi. Jim Ross suggested
 that Bryan remove his ranger badge and stow it away since the
 towns people knew Jim and the others but they didn't Bryan.
 Bryan agreed and headed into town via another direction taking
 him roughly 10 minutes. It was a dirty back water town in the gray
 area for transporters. Bryan arrived to find his ranger brothers
 strung up by the neck on a noose hanging. He got down from silver
 and backed him away and checked his revolvers to see that they were
 loaded. Bryan fired quickly cutting the ropes with his bullets and
 then he helped his fellow rangers up. Jim Ross thanked Bryan
 pretending Bryan was a stranger. The ruse worked quite well since
 Bryan was wearing his great great great grandfathers mask.

 65
 **
 Gathering at one of SB369's loading docks, Dr. Hutcherson's fireteam
 (2nd Squad, 2nd Platoon - led by SSgt. Vasquez) goes through a
 briefing. Vasquez informs the fireteam and the accompanying SB369
 SEC officers that they'll be responsible for keeping the station's
 medical facilities well protected. Casualties will also be triaged.

 66
 **
 Vasquez admits it will be a hard fight. With the Dominion fleet on
 its way, he asks everyone to demonstrate the "full measure of
 Federation mean" upon confronting the enemy. The weapon being
 installed onto the station by the CSCI is mentioned. Dr. Hutcherson
 will allocated resources to triage, treat and transport frontline
 casualties.

 67
 Como Thompson stopped in to see Cmdr Dex in sick bay. They talked.
 Dex told Thompson that the last exoskeleton arm incident had damaged
 him but was really only the result of another problem. Due to the clean
 atmosphere and lower gravity aboard the Vindicator. The situation
 was not good for him he at some point needed to be back in a higher
 gravity environment with particulates and heavy metals in the
 atmosphere. This was necessary at some point for solarian health.
 Dex felt he now had holes in his memory and some motor damage and
 would no longer be an asset but a liability in the command
 decision environment. Thompson at first didn't not agree but when
 Dex showed Thompson the scans Thompson finally complied.  Dex
 suggested that LtCmdr Vance would be a good choice for this
 position at this point. Thompson relieved Dex of the XO position
 and assigned him to Lt Jackson as an Assistant engineer.

 68
 Lt Vokar manning the Tactical ops station suggested that the shields
 should be raised and the weapons should be activated since the enemy
 was now incoming. Gem Hadar and Krivaldi battle cruisers, troop carriers,
 light cruisers and heavy destroyers were all heading into the station.
 Como Thompson agreed and ordered all shields raised, weapons activated,
 and red alert initiated. Vokar quickly did this and then a message
 came in from the Gem hadar flag ship from Kendar. Kendar offered safe
 passage again if the federation would surrender. Thompson refused and
 the channel was closed. Thompson ordered LtCmdr Vance to activate the
 EMP weapon since it looked like war was eminent. LtCmdr Vance complied
 activating the new system as Lt Vokar looked it over. Everything was
 in the green and the weapon was deployed.

 69
 Kendar reported the federation refusal to surrender to the Founder.
 The Founder told Kendar to activate his forces and start the first wave.
 A Krivaldi admiral stepped up with a plan and the founder looked at it.
 The admiral felt that the federation star bases would be heavily armed
 with phasers, and torpedo bundles. From intelligence over the last
 three years it would be best to target main operations, the computer
 core, the power conduit system, and the matrix. The founder praised
 the Krivaldi officer and ordered Kendar to proceed with the attack
 wave.

 70
 Engineers went to deck 16 Dana, Mathew, Julia, and Derek they worked
 on the eps conduits and repairing ruptures and wiring and gel packs
 from plasma fires now out. They continued there work and in one case
 found some severely damaged gel packs leaking blue liquid. They had
 science beam it out to a field container for analysis. They finally
 finished most of the repairs.

 71
 **
 Dr. Hutcherson helps out at one of SB369's intensive care units,
 with one of the attending ICU physicians. He asks the doctor how
 long the station's crew has been holding out, and how bad the fight
 had gotten prior to the Vindicator's arrival. The attending wasn't
 sounding very optimistic, despite the extra crew transferred to the
 station as reinforcements.

 72
 On Sb 22 VAdm Acheson received a call from Cmdr Steele on the incoming
 Vindicator and promptly called VAdm Cerywyn. He relayed that the Como
 Thompson and the majority of the Vindicator crew beamed over to SB 369
 to reinforce the base and were holding it until reinforcements could be
 brought in. The base had not been taken by the dominion as of yet but
 was undergoing assault. VAdm Cerywyn agreed to provide what support
 she could but told Acheson they were badly depleted. She would divert
 Adm Malone's son's ship to Thompson as soon as possible. Acheson
 said would send a number of ship to provide decoy action to keep the
 dominion busy. Acheson told Cerywyn that the main subspace transceiver
 was out at the base and they would have to use ship to ship coms.
 Cerywyn said she would try to get some help from the Klingon and the
 Gorn as well.

 73
 LtCmdr Kryton-Vance was watching the EMP scanner during a quite period
 when the enemy ships had pulled back. A call came in on the long
 wave band they had just recently installed. Erin had called and the
 operations officer sent it James's console. James checked on Erin
 finding that her and Kyle were fine. Erin reminded James that she had
 melded some of her experiences as a soldier into him because she
 want him to come through this alive. James suggested that she warn
 LtCmdr Steele that the Vindicator may be followed and that they should
 be careful. At that point the signal was lost and James returned
 to the scanner screen after thinking the operations officer.

 75, and 74
 The Jem Hadar and Krivaldi attacked the base and Lt Vokar fired on
 incoming ships with the phasers and a wide spread of torpedoes. At
 the same time the EMP weapon targeted troop carriers and fighter carriers
 incoming but farther out. The result was devastating and somewhat
 unexpected. The shields were not only collapsed but the containment fields
 of the Jem Hadar ships fell resulting in nuclear detonations due to
 warp core breech. These explosions knocked out more than one ship due
 to the enemies tight formations. The blast waves as well taxed the
 bases shields. LtCmdr Vance asked Cmdr Dex and Lt Jackson to check
 this out. Dex replied that the system internals were working fine so
 far but what was causing the shock waves? James sent Cmdr Dex the data
 recorded as Commodore Thompson ordered James and Vokar to continue
 in order to reduce the enemy ships numbers. James feed the data to Cmdr Dex
 who looked at it then decided to have the instrumentation checked out.
 He called Akida and she decided to setup some instrumentation that was
 down in the science department and check the system out. Akida felt
 it would help and give her something to do. Another wave of Jem Hadar
 ships followed and one cracked up on the stations shields. James
 noted that they had boarded the station 8 decks bellow engineering
 in cargo bay 32A at the time their ship burned in flames. MCapt
 Velorie was notified. He sent the fourth platoon third squad
 under Lt Garius and his squad leader Sergeant Valen to deck 13 to
 smoke the enemy out. They arrived by transporter in the 360
 degree formation. The marines made there way down the corridors
 to the cargo bay hearing frequent detonations think the enemy
 was setting off photon mines. Sgt Valen checked his tricoder
 finding that the enemy was actually disarming the mines by remote.
 At this point all hell broke loose.

 76
 McNeill Herschell Jacobson was sitting in a bar now empty with
 the remainder of his bottle of whisky. He realized he had come
 aboard to get a Valspar shield replicated this time. He had repaired
 it in the past but it was time for a new one. This baby was a
 replacement for the bad one on the plasma junction for decks 10
 to 13. He had lost track of time and took off running as he thought
 about the new chief. He didn't want her skinning him alive. On the
 way back he was stopped and accosted by a security officer wanting
 to know what he was doing here. McNeill tried to explain himself
 but wound up only ruffed up. Then the officer's superior arrived
 making him stand down. The head officer handed McNeill a gun and
 told him to get with the others. McNeill tried to explain he was
 an engineer but the officer didn't listen.
