One of the medics harshly corrects one man's CPR technique. 2Lt. Prescott, SFMC Platoon Commander, and Dr. Hutcheron watch over the soldiers as they practice CPR and other skills. The two chat over how they managed to get into Starfleet: Prescott had followed his father's footsteps to the Corps; Hutcherson had used Starfleet to get into medical school. At Sickbay's main conference room, Dr. Hutcherson addresses the entire Sickbay staff on what may be up ahead. With the ship neary enemy contact, traumas are expected. Hutcherson provides responsibility of Sickbay to Lt. Cmdr. Amanda Jenkins, if he has to leave on an SFMC away mission. At SFI Regional Operations on SB22, Reese Voyer receives Hutcherson's analysis of the nano-probes found in Jax's bloodstream. The manufacturer is traced to a pharmaceutical company, and one man is pin-pointed responsible. Agents move to the suspect's location (London, Earth) to intercept. Assistant Operations Officer Spc. Sorel (NPC) quietly minds about his business, as he goes over the suspicious interview he had with Ens. Vokar. He also suspects CMO Dr. Hutcherson, realizing he may have gone over-board with the nano-probes. Red alert is called, and he moves to his station. The Vindicator engaged and disabled a Krivaldi battleship. The Marines prepared to go to battle and the fighters prepared to launch.
