Col Miguel Sanchez sits in his command bunker nearly destroyed looking over the situation. The officers are nearly gone and most of the marine cells are commanded by privates now. The ammo was down to hard targets only, the radio equipment was now minimal, and the marines were really having a hard time surviving against the Krivaldi and Gorn now. Sanchez received terms of surrender from the Krivaldi but turned it down. He formulated a new plan. They would go into the jungle and attack and then disappear into the jungle. They would become a resistance group inciting the locals were possible. They would take on a gorilla war far type tactic. Crawling through the jungle in the night the marines ran across a Gorn cell. The two Gorn guards were taken out brutally. 113 Ens Vokar was thinking about the murders on sb 22, and the possible saboteur on the ship when his monitor flickered with an incoming message. Vokar's sister Cdt T'Asir was calling him. Ens Vokar answered and he discovered that she was on SB 22 awaiting assignment. She was hoping that she would get the USS-Vindicator so that she could serve with her brother. T'Asir discussed Vokar's rank increase to Ensign and his new assignment as Chief Tactical officer. She was proud of him. At this point Vokar's aid called him and he had to go. 114 back log Ens Vokar went to sb 22 and found security. He queried about Ens Jax and Surov the two arrested fighter pilots. The desk officer call agents Morgan and Keeler. The desk officer told Vokar he had to see them first. Morgan and Keelor greeted Vokar and took him back to their office. Morgan sat at his desk and Keelor asked if Vokar wanted anything to drink. Vokar asked for Earl gray tea and Keelor got it for him and stood at the back wall watching. Morgan and Vokar discussed the situation and Morgan told Vokar that he had CID files on the two pilots for him to review and they would be sent to him. Morgan also gave Vokar a 48 hour renewable pass to see the pilots and hoped that Vokar could help dig up further info. Vokar thanked the two agents and decided to talk to Commodore Thompson first before seeing the pilots and left. 2 ** Dr. Hutcherson returns to the Vindicator after getting a week off at home with family. He quickly adapts to his new post as CMO, and prepares for his upcoming 4-week surgical rotation. At the ICU, Lt. Waters escapes from the confines of his bio-bed, with Hutcherson and a nurse chasing after him... 3 Lt Prescott was reviewing the MX-308 APC's and looking over the direction diagrams when he got the apc's holographic emitters online. Prescott talked to unit 0034 and found that this holo unit was primarily programmed to advise the commanders on tactics and situations that they may have overlooked. Its major function was advisory. However, Prescott found that the holo unit could run the apc if the organic life forms were knocked out. Lt Prescott asked if their was a portable emitter so that the unit could leave the apc the unit 0034 said yes. It was under the seat. Prescott got the emitter out and programmed it and placed it on the holounits shoulder. They then left the apc and with some of the other marines got the rest of the apcs on line and talking discussing tactics. 4 Lt JG Zack Rhodes finished packing his bags and looked at his quarter one last time feeling a loss but also realizing that since he had been offered a position as an assistant counselor on SB 22. Zack had new opportunities ahead and well he was ready to go now. He had dealt with some personal problems on the Vindicator and worked them out. He was ready for the new opportunities. Zack left for the transporter room and then beamed over to the cargo vessel to take him to sb 22. 5 ** Waters proceeds to the drug room, where he manages to lock the door long enough to grab pill bottles. He starts swallow random pills, in an effort to drown out his pain. Dr. Hutcherson bangs against the door and pleads for his patient to stop, fearing an overdose. A security officer is called in. 6 ** The drug room's door is unlocked. Hutcherson and Sandra (ICU nurse) drag Waters to his bio-bed, despite his desperate cries. Dr. Vosen orders a gastric lavage without sedation, which Hutcherson decides against. Vosen sticks to his orders, and tells Hutcherson to carry them out as he leaves for a second page. 7 Lt Cmdr McNeill Herschell Jacobson remmbered the crashing fall bought about with the wasps and the near hit and scratch of the stinger. McNeill sat in the bar getting fortified with his drink. The bar tender at one point decided to throw McNeill out thinking he was getting to drunk. But then the tender decided to ask McNeill what his real problem was thinking he was not really that drunk it was something else. McNeill caught the question but did not really answer the tenders question either he didn't want to or didn't in reality exactly know what was wrong. In anycase the call for the engineers to report back to the ship came and McNeill fortified with drink headed back to the Vindicator. 11 James was spending some time with his wife Erin and Kyle woke up needing his diaper changed. James tried to change Kyle's diaper but forgot to pin them again and at the same type Erin decided to observe James. James went to get the Talcum powder and Kyle did his thing and Erin got an unexpected bath. James seeing what happened thought he was in for it. 12 Erin Gently corrected James about his approach to diapering Kyle. She told James that he needed to remember to pin the diaper before he left to get prep material for Kyle. Erin took Kyle back to the live room and feed Kyle while James did the dishes and put everything away. James then put Kyle to bed wore out and asleep. James return to the living room where Erin had turned down the lights and he spent some quality time with her.
