Welcome to the United Federation of Planets Division!
 Welcome to UCIP's United Federation of Planets Division. We are the largest division in the group with more than twenty SIMulations and are home to the majority of the group's members. We offer a range of Federation and Starfleet based SIMulations using either IRC or email as a roleplaying format.
From an in character point of view our division plays out the United Federation of Planets, a founder member of the Confederation that UCIP's in character universe is based around. The UFP is a peaceful union of many planets and cultures stretching over thousands of lightyears in the Milky Way's Alpha, Beta and Gamma quadrants and the newly colonised Triangulum Galaxy. The Division, under the direction of the acting Division Commander, Jazza, works to build a positive environment for the enjoyment of her SIMulations and members.

Federation Website Update! |
Following some major changes to the Federation website in the last weeks there are now many exciting new features available for your use... These include:
User login - All users with UCIP Database accounts (so every UCIP member) can now log into the Federation website. Simply use your existing database login details and it will log you in so that you can use all of the new features that are being made available.
Forums - A forums link on the main menu has now been added to access our new forums component. Here you will be able to discuss the latest issues in the Federation or just join in with some general chatter.
FAQs - A FAQs section has been added to help users understand what is going on in the Federation Division and around UCIP.
Memory Delta - Memory Delta has been expanded and now all registered users can contribute to the project once they are logged in. Get writing and get the details of our universe online!
Add Articles - You can now submit articles to the website through a simple to use WYSIWYG editor, once you log in you will be presented with the option. Simply add the news or article you wish to submit and after review by a moderator it will be added to the site!
Discuss Articles - With any article on the site you are only one click away from expressing your opinion on it or contributing an addition. Just click the link to discuss the article and you will be taken to the appropriate forum discussion thread.
