Griffin Medal Griffin Cross

Base line Griffin only award. Used as encouragement or to show appreciation for good work where no other award may be eligible.

Lowest Griffin award for actions performed while simming as a member of the Griffin's crew. Awarded for either a single action or a short period of high performance.

Griffin Star Griffin Burst

Intermediate award used to recognize crew members actions or prolonged simming performance above and beyond what may be normally considered the normal call of duty.
Highest level award for griffin crew members, used to recognize a simmers excellent demonstration of the qualities that make a good federation or Allied Officer. Overall performance must be of excellent level for an extended length of time and the recipient should demonstrate the qualities of Maturity, Responsibility, Discipline, Military Behavior and true Star trek Roleplaying.
ALL awards are for Griffin Crew only and multiples of each award ARE possible. These are mostly for times when recognition is warranted and no normal UCIP award applies.
