MISSION DEBRIEFING
While the Scorpio continued its prusuit of the alien craft the Gemini
crew was working frantically to repair the engines so they could aid the
Scorpio in case the alien craft decided to engage. The crews worst fears
were realized when the alien craft did an about face and armed its weapon
systems and began firing on the Scorp. It was realized during the engagement
that Federation phasers have little or no effect on the substance that
comprises the vessels hull, so mirco-quantum torpedo's were used with
satisfactory results, as the Scorp disabled the vessel's engines and stayed
out of its line of fire. Soon after the imbalance in the TransWarp core was
corrected and the Gemini arrived at the scene in the blink of an eye. The
Scorp was brought back aboard, and the alien craft was beamed to the
secondary shuttle bay, where it awaits a security team to enter and take the
pilot into custody.

trace of them...our only hope is to get engines back online, or the scorpio.

<CmdrPhillips> ::nods:: Although we won't have any useful data if
the scan ship is destroyed. ::looks down at his console to see engine repair
status::
<CmdrPhillips> ::quickly runs a simulation:: Estimated speed would
be one half impulse if the runabouts ran at 100% power output.
<CmdrPlekanov> ::thinks:: Something tells me that this will be over
before we get there by a towing. Wait and see.
