Captain Randall Stephens appointed to the post of United Confederation Fleet Commanding Officer.
Rand Stephens was chosen and verified by the Confederation Council. Rand was a formerly the Commanding Officer of Starbase Midway as well as Omicron subfleet Commanding Officer. He is also currently the Commanding Officer of San Frontieres Colony in UCF.
