The former Starfleet officer and Commander-in-Chief of the U.C.I.P. has long been a face on the top-10 most wanted individuals list, publicized on a monthly basis by Starfleet Intelligence. Convicted in a military grand jury hearing in 2400, in the wake of the Shadow Forces overthrow of the Federation government, she has been described as vital to the plot that attempted to replace the government with a military dictatorship. // CLIP // Anonymous sources indicate that the capture of the former Starfleet officer was executed by personnel from the U.S.S. Intrepid (NCC-3875-D).
