This has probably been the best source of information on the game so far and answers a lot of questions that have been raised since it announced its development last year. They are now looking at entering beta testing in Summer 2007 - so just over a year to wait for those lucky enough to get on the beta.
The Star Trek Online team, it was stated, has given real consideration to those who wish to role play over those who are just there to play the game. While there are no firm decisions so far, it seems that there may be the possibility of servers dedicated to those who want to role play.
It sounds a very interesting game full of exicting possibilities and if it's half as good as the hype, I'm sure a lot of UCIP's members will be getting involved with it.
