Starbase 220

A Federation starbase in the Tomika system that went into operation in 2396. The design of the station was Mustek class.

It was built in neutral space at a point where the borders of Federation, Klingon Empire and Romulan Star Empire intersect.

239612.??: Romulan forces attack the starbase, Starfleet defends the facility until Confederation ambassadors negotiate an end to the situation.

239808.??: The starbase's commander, Tyrone Kirk, defects to the Romulan Star Empire. Shortly afterwards the station is attacked and taken over by Romulan forces.

239812.??: In the treaty signed to end the war between the Federation and the Romulans started when the starbase was captured, Starbase 220 and the Tomika system is handed over to the Romulans. The station is renamed Hama.
