UCIP Staff Meeting + Townhall Event

Greetings,
 
On Saturday 20th Feburary, there will be a UCIP Senior Staff meeting in #ucip. All members of the UCIP Senior Staff will be in attendance, or a nominated deputy in their stead. You’ve been given a clear month’s notice, so no-shows unless required by major RL events, will not be tollerated. :P
 
If you know for certain you cannot attend, please inform the Presidential office as soon as possible by email, and also inform your appropriate representative.
 
Each DivCom (or Deputy) will present a short status report on their division, as well as dealing with other staff related business at this time.
 
This event will be available for all members and specators, and participation will be encouraged at appropriate points. At the end of the staff business, there will be a Townhall session, where members can ask any member of the Senior Staff, Vice-President or President, any question they like.
 
If you are unable to attend the meeting, but still have a question, you can submit it in advance to cinc@ucip.org stating who it is aimed at. It will be pasted in the channel, and answered publically.
 
The meeting will be at 22:00 GMT (17:00 EST, 14:00 PST, 16:00 CST). If you’re around, please do attend, even if only just to watch.
