Runabout Weekly: Vindicator crew launch technical publication

The team on the USS Vindicator have launched their first edition of the Runabout Weekly, a technical publication designed to explore some of the interesting technical aspects of the Star Trek universe.

The inaugural article is a light-hearted editorial about the fascinating Warp 10 barrier.
