Welcome to the website of the USS Chimera NX 96899-B, a Play-By-E-Mail RPG based on Star Trek, created by Gene Roddenberry. The Chimera is the pathfinder ship for the new Chimera Class line of vessels and is under the command of Commander Cropa Rojac and Lt Commander Natalia Trzetrzelewska . The Chimera is based twenty years after Star Trek: Nemesis in the early 25th Century. She is the flagship of Starfleet Special Forces (SSF) as well as SSF's 1st Taskforce and acts as a command carrier for the 1st Taskforce command staff. She operates out of Starbase Bragg, a hidden base in the Omega System that serves as the headquarters of SSF. The Chimera is one the largest ships in the service of Federation Starfleet, combining state of the art technology with one of the finest crews in Starfleet to boldly go where no one has gone before...
The Chimera is a member of the UCIP Simming Group's Independent Simming Division (ISD). The UCIP is a sim organisation hosting a variety of simming genres, specialising in Star Trek sims. For over ten years UCIP has provided Star Trek fans with fun and enjoyable simulations. More than just a simming group, the UCIP offers its members access to such features as the UCIP Database, the UCIP Academy and a strong online IRC presence.
