Welcome to the website of the USS Chimera NCC 96899-C, a Play-By-E-Mail (PBeM) RPG based on Star Trek, created by Gene Roddenberry. The Chimera is the second ship of the Century Class line of vessels and the fourth to bear the name Chimera. The simulation is based twenty years after Star Trek: Nemesis in the early 25th Century. She is under the command of Captain Cropa Rojac and Commander Natalia Trzetrzelewska and is the flagship of Starfleet Special Forces' (SSF) 1st Task Force. The Chimera operates out of Starbase Unity (SB 234) located in the Aeran System on the border of Federation space. Unity orbits Aeran III and serves as the base of SSF's 1st Task Force, hosting the 1st Task Force fleet staff. Combining state of the art technology with one of the finest crews in Starfleet, the Chimera serves to protect the Federation and to boldly go where no one has gone before...
The simulation is a member of the UCIP Simming Group's Independent Simming Division (ISD). The UCIP is a sim organisation hosting a variety of simming genres, specialising in Star Trek sims. For over ten years UCIP has provided Star Trek fans with fun and enjoyable simulations.
