Greetings everyone. I have fully updated the website and the Crewiki (which you can find here: Astate Crewiki). It is with great pride that I wish Astate Colony a happy birthday.  Although it is a bit belated we reached our 1 year mark a few weeks ago.  After watching several new sims die out this past year I can only attest our success to the amazing crew assembled on the Colony.  Though some names have changed the quality and enjoyment hasn't.  So here's a toast to another great year of simming *toasts.*  

There is a new page on the website this month; the Typhon Sector Information page.  It contains details about the Typhon Sector (which is basically just the Federation Space up to the neutral zone, but i've included information on the adjacent Romulan planets and sectors for depth's sake).  I hope everyone finds it useful and with a map it will give everyone a better idea of Astate's exact position in the universe.

If you're interested in joining us feel free to  look at our roster.  We have some critical positions open this month (which I am listing below).  If you see a position you are interested in but it isn't listed on our application page just apply to another position and write in the position you are interest in, into the comments section (we are limited to six choices for open positions).

Romulan Vacancies: Chief Medical Officer, Chief Science Officer, and Strategic Operations Officer.

Civilian Vacancies: As a colony sim we are always looking for people who would like to write to write as a Civilian on the Colony.  Creativity is open here, as long as the story is good!
