Greetings everyone. I have fully updated the website and the Crewiki (which you can find here: Astate Crewiki). I am amazed at how we have grown leaps and bounds since we first started almost 10 months ago. More recently Captain Shaun Fisher has been appointed to the position of Exective Officer replacing Captain Aiden Bravdo. One of the new things we have brought to Astate is the creation of a Starfleet Academy Campus. This will allow people to portray cadets, both PC (player character) and NOC (non-player character), if anyone is interested in joining the sim to play a cadet you can sign up using the 'Trainee' position on our join page. This is one of the less developed aspects of Startrek role playing so I hope people will find it interesting. You can view the new information page about the Astate Campus Here. Current Plot: Inferno's Heart
 On a day of celebration when the Starfleet Academy Campus on Astate is set to open a mysterious Romulan vessel approaches the planet. The Romulans recognize the ship as the IRW t'Juir, the flagship of the Romulan traitor Ikaru tr'Pardek. In orbit of Astate the IRW Javelin intercepts and engages the t'Juir while several Starfleet ships are caught in the cross fire. Concerned about the safety of the Colony, Vice Admiral Enor, the newly appointed Chief of Starfleet Operations in the Typhon Sector, orders the Colony to Alert Status Red. Meanwhile the Romulan Commander, Ael'Riov Shiarrael t'Rehu, remains in the Stafleet Hospital after giving birth to twins fathered by Captain Aiden Bravado. Why has Pardek come to Astate Colony?
