The USS Archer is a Play-by-Email (PbEM) Star Trek role playing game based 33 years after the borg attack of Earth in Star Trek: First Contact. She serves in the Trek divison of the United Confederation of Interstellar Planets (UCIP).

The year is 2408 and the ship is under the command of Commodore Marina Deon and LtCommander Sadar Sekkoth. The USS Archer embarks on a range of mission operations including providing humanitarian aid, military support, search and rescue, exploration and research and the escorting of VIPs.

The Katana class model used on these pages was created for the U.S.S. Coronado sim by Ryan McClure. The Katana class design was created by Rick Sternbach, and appeared in the ST:TNG Technical Manual.
