  | This is a form to lodge an official complaint against the Academy. This email will be sent directly to the Chief and Deputy Chief Commandant. You may ONLY use this form to file an OFFICIAL, VALID complaint. Be as specific as possible and use names where applicable. The above mentioned individuals are the only ones who will see this complaint. You will receive an email within 48 hours acknowledging receipt of this complaint.
