The UCIP Staff is responsible for the proper functioning of the entire organization. It is comprised of all the department heads, Division Commanders, and the Commander in Chief. They regularly discuss important issues which are brought up within UCIP as well as voting on these issues as the need arises. Internal matters for each Division are handled by the staff for that Division. Services provides support functions for each Division in UCIP.
